6 महीने पहले इलेक्शन कॉमिशन ने PM को ज्यादा सुरक्षा वाली EVM (Electronic voting machine) लेने की सख्त जरुरत बताई थी जिसको PM ने इंकार कर दिया था। क्या मोदी के मन में खोट था?

मौजूद evm मशीने detachable/removeable चिप से चलती है। मतलब जितना आसान mobile के memory कार्ड को बदलना है उतना ही आसान evm के result को बदलना है। very simple. just remove original result chip and insert desired result chip in evm machine. evm will show the result feeded in that chip you inserted.
